Composition between aluminium and wood.

It is not always the intention to reduce the impact of the window to a minimal expression, sometimes we want to have the option to make the frame visible and prominent.

With this in mind, we designed the Flex series, which combines the delicacy of aluminium with wooden frames handmade by metalworkers, making the window unique and an integral part of the architectural composition.

Visual language, with a welcoming and elegant result.

The system’s double glazing provides the necessary performance to create an atmosphere of comfort and satisfaction. Wood combined with aluminium generates warm and cosy spaces, achieving a different and elegant result.

Warmth with state-of-the-art performance.

The triple glazing achieves incredible performance, as well as offering the option of increasing the dimensions of the window. The vertical profiles have a visible width of 30 mm, however, the depth of the extruded profile reduces the visible width by up to 5 mm, offering a slimmer design.

Sliding

The sliding window is characterised by its horizontal opening. It is a system of multiple combinations. The use of bearings and structural glass allows for large dimensions. The only limits are set by the glass industry.

Pocket

The Pocket system is characterised by the concealment of the sliding window sashes in the wall. The sliding sashes can be concealed in one or both directions. Offering the maximum possible opening.

Corner

The Corner system has been developed in order to achieve greater visual freedom. This makes it possible to dispense with any structural elements. It also maintains all the comfort levels of a sliding window.

Tilt and turn

The window system that combines two types of opening: Tilting and turning. To further streamline the system, all our windows use concealed hardware.

Pivoting

The pivot window opens on its vertical axis. It is a system that can be fitted with or without a bottom profile, while maintaining watertightness, wind resistance and acoustic performance.

Openable

The casement window is characterised by its horizontal opening. It is a system of multiple combinations. The use of structural glass allows for large dimensions. The only limits are set by the glass industry.

Locking
systems

Imperceptible

Otiima has developed a concealed locking system in the handle. An intuitive and sophisticated design with a WK2 anti-burglary safety rating.

Optionally we can add a parental security system, where the opening of the window requires both hands at different heights.

Motorisation and home
automation system

All OTIIMA windows can be motorised.

The technology offered by Otiima makes it possible to manufacture large windows. This means a significant increase in weight per sash. To facilitate opening in a practical and simple way, Otiima offers the option of motorising all its series.

MOTORISATION OPTIONS

Top-mounted motorisation

This is the most common option. Only 15 centimetres are required for full integration on site.

In the event of a power failure, it allows easy switching to manual opening.

When obstacles are detected, the safety system is activated and the engine stops automatically.

MOTORISATION OPTIONS

Lateral motorisation

This appears due to constructive requirements. It was designed to offer an alternative to top-mounted motorisation.

All motors can be operated via switches and remote controls. Compatible with home automation systems.

MOTORISATION OPTIONS

Bottom-mounted motorisation

This is the most demanding of all the options, because of its technical and registration complexity.

A single motor can easily move a set of sashes up to 3000 kg.

SPECIFIC SYSTEMS

Skylight System

Otiima optionally offers the possibility of motorising the skylights. If this is used as an entrance to the terrace, a “pocket” version can be chosen.

If you want an automated door, Otiima offers the option of motorisation.

Concealed insect screen

In order to simplify the construction solution, provide cross ventilation and offer protection against insects, we have developed a fully integrated insect screen in one of the vertical rails of the window frame.
