Construction of a collective housing building and a pharmacy. The complex is part of the urban development of a section of the town of Merignac, the second-largest municipality in the Bordeaux metropolitan area. The project falls within the entire perimeter of a block in the sector. It is laid out along the four sides of the urban block, the interior of which is occupied by a garden for private use.

The horizontal slats and vertical profiles serve as railings, cladding and sun protection. The density of the vertical profile, as well as the alignment of levels, is varied to create distinct but subtle effects within a single façade principle.

The façades are made up of horizontal lines that wrap around the outer and inner perimeter. The device is completed with randomly arranged vertical L-profiles.
