We never settle for the limit: we always go one step further to generate a profile that is practically transparent with a system that simplifies the transition and unifies the interior with the exterior.

Drain hides the bottom profile under the floor finish, meaning that only the rails along which the sash runs are visible. The rest follow the look and feel of the Plus system, framing the window.

Drain 38 is a 38 mm double glazing system that allows you to place all the profiles flush with the wall, ceiling and floor, connecting the interior with the exterior.

Drainage like never before.

The triple glazing of the Drain 54 is used to increase the thermal performance of the unit through the two air chambers, or to create one large window of up to 27 m2 per sash.

Sliding

The sliding window is characterised by its horizontal opening. It is a system of multiple combinations. The use of bearings and structural glass allows for large dimensions. The only limits are set by the glass industry.

Pocket

The Pocket system is characterised by the concealment of the sliding window sashes in the wall. The sliding sashes can be concealed in one or both directions. Offering the maximum possible opening.

Corner

The Corner system has been developed in order to achieve greater visual freedom. This makes it possible to dispense with any structural elements. It also maintains all the comfort levels of a sliding window.

Locking
systems

Imperceptible

Otiima has developed a concealed locking system in the handle. An intuitive and sophisticated design with a WK2 anti-burglary safety rating.

Optionally we can add a parental security system, where the opening of the window requires both hands at different heights.

Central system

Multipoint locking system, designed by the renowned architect Philippe Meyer for the locking of non-motorised sliding crossings.

All our sliding doors can be equipped with an electromagnetic lock, with fingerprint or push-button opening control. In addition, for an even higher level of security, alarm sensors can be installed in the profiles.

Motorisation and home
automation system

All OTIIMA windows can be motorised.

The technology offered by Otiima makes it possible to manufacture large windows. This means a significant increase in weight per sash. To facilitate opening in a practical and simple way, Otiima offers the option of motorising all its series.
The OTIIMA motorisation system now has unique technology that allows you to switch easily from automatic to manual opening by disengaging the clutch. This system becomes very useful if the automation stops working, in the event of a general power failure and if the backup batteries are discharged. On request, you can also operate the motorisation of your windows with classic switches or via a global home automation system. This second solution offers new possibilities for a safer and more comfortable environment.

MOTORISATION OPTIONS

Top-mounted motorisation

This is the most common option. Only 15 centimetres are required for full integration on site.

In the event of a power failure, it allows easy switching to manual opening.

When obstacles are detected, the safety system is activated and the engine stops automatically.

MOTORISATION OPTIONS

Lateral motorisation

This appears due to constructive requirements. It was designed to offer an alternative to top-mounted motorisation.

All motors can be operated via switches and remote controls. Compatible with home automation systems.

MOTORISATION OPTIONS

Bottom-mounted motorisation

This is the most demanding of all the options, because of its technical and registration complexity.

A single motor can easily move a set of sashes up to 3000 kg.

SPECIFIC SYSTEMS

Skylight System

Otiima optionally offers the possibility of motorising the skylights. If this is used as an entrance to the terrace, a “pocket” version can be chosen.

Concealed insect screen

In order to simplify the construction solution, provide cross ventilation and offer protection against insects, we have developed a fully integrated insect screen in one of the vertical rails of the window frame.
