Sliding
The sliding window is characterised by its horizontal opening. It is a system of multiple combinations. The use of bearings and structural glass allows for large dimensions. The only limits are set by the glass industry.
The Pocket system is characterised by the concealment of the sliding window sashes in the wall. The sliding sashes can be concealed in one or both directions. Offering the maximum possible opening.
Corner
The Corner system has been developed in order to achieve greater visual freedom. This makes it possible to dispense with any structural elements. It also maintains all the comfort levels of a sliding window.
Guillotina
The sash window is composed of several leaves that slide vertically to provide a central opening. The system is operated by counterweights to provide effortless opening.
Retractable
The retractable window is completely submerged inside the floor, giving a full opening. It is very useful when there is not enough room to hide the window in the wall.
Pivoting
The pivot window opens on its vertical axis. It is a system that can be fitted with or without a bottom profile, while maintaining watertightness, wind resistance and acoustic performance.
Tilt and turn
The window system that combines two types of opening: Tilting and turning. To further streamline the system, all our windows use concealed hardware.
Openable
The casement window is characterised by its horizontal opening. It is a system of multiple combinations. The use of structural glass allows for large dimensions. The only limits are set by the glass industry.
Locking

Imperceptible
Otiima has developed a concealed locking system in the handle. An intuitive and sophisticated design with a WK2 anti-burglary safety rating.
Optionally we can add a parental security system, where the opening of the window requires both hands at different heights.
Central system
Multipoint locking system, designed by the renowned architect Philippe Meyer for the locking of non-motorised sliding crossings.
All our sliding doors can be equipped with an electromagnetic lock, with fingerprint or push-button opening control. In addition, for an even higher level of security, alarm sensors can be installed in the profiles.
Motorisation and home
automation system
All OTIIMA windows can be motorised.
The technology offered by Otiima makes it possible to manufacture large windows. This means a significant increase in weight per sash. To facilitate opening in a practical and simple way, Otiima offers the option of motorising all its series.

Concealed insect screen
